• Migrated from a peer-to-peer network to Windows Server 2003 Active Directory.
• Installed a Site-to-Site VPN connection using Linksys RV082 and RV042 routers.
• Installed Trend Micro URL Filtering and Firewall for the Linksys RV082 and RV042.
• Installed and configured Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and ran production reports (queries) on a daily basis.
• Responsible for the planning, deployment, maintenance, support of all company network infrastructures.
• Researched and made recommendations on software and hardware purchases.
• Supported three offices in Southern and Northern California with all IT issues.
• Upgraded all hardware and software, installed and patched all Dell servers, workstations and Laptops.  Maintained hardware and software inventory through SpiceWorks.
• Provided support for Window Vista, XP, Windows 2003 Servers, and HP Printers.
• Installed wireless networks throughout offices for our mobile users to transfer their daily x-rays taken in the field.
• Trained employees on the use of Office 2007 and 2003 and other software and hardware as needed.
