  • Installed all Windows Operating Systems including Windows Vista, XP, Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2000, NT 4.0, 98 & 95, Exchange 2003 server. Also installed routers in remote offices.
  • AMS Sagitta System Coordinator, installed routine updates to the IBM AIX Server and workstations and managed the agency management system, wrote reports via report builder function of AMS and ran daily, weekly and monthly reports for all departments in the agency.
  • Migrated from NT Environment to Windows Server 2003 Active Directory with Exchange Server 2003.
  • Installed and Configured a Network Fax Solution that integrated with Exchange Server 2003.
  • Responsible for hardware and software troubleshooting of stand-alone and network computers including all Dell Workstations, Power Edge Servers, Laptops, Blackberry phones, Windows Mobile PDA’s, iPhone….
  • Maintained computer inventory with Intuit TrackIt, setup the help desk ticketing system and created and maintained a knowledge base.
  • Provided first and second level support to internal clients.
  • Installed HP Laser Printers, Dell, Brother Printers, HP Plotters, and Minolta Color Printers and provided support to end-users.
  • Installed and configured network scanners to work with 2003 Exchange Server.
  • Installed and configured Symantec NAV with Brightmail
  • Installed and Configured Windows NT 4.0 multi-domain network in multiple offices in 1999, and provided support to all internal users
